These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vetsall website located at vetsall.com (the “Site”) and the veterinary, grooming, boarding, and retail services (“Services”) offered by Vetsall (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, scheduling an appointment, purchasing products, or utilizing any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use our Site or Services.
2. Description of Services
Vetsall provides premium veterinary care and pet wellness services. These services include, but are not limited to:
- Veterinary medical consultations, diagnostics, and surgical procedures
- Preventive healthcare including vaccinations and wellness exams
- Professional pet grooming and dental care
- Pet boarding and daycare services
- Retail sales of pet food, supplies, and healthcare products
All medical services are provided by licensed veterinarians and trained veterinary staff. The information on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute specific veterinary medical advice for your pet. A proper diagnosis and treatment plan require an in-person physical examination by one of our veterinarians.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To book appointments or purchase products, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to disable any user account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.
4. Appointments, Payments, and Fees
Appointments: Appointment bookings through our Site constitute a request for services. We will confirm your appointment via email or phone. We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee or requirement of a deposit for future bookings.
Payments: All fees for services and products are due at the time services are rendered or products are purchased. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice.
Estimates: We provide treatment estimates in good faith, but the actual cost may vary based on your pet’s condition and required care. You are responsible for all charges incurred for your pet’s care.
5. Pet Health and Medical Decisions
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are the legal owner or authorized agent of the pet(s) for which you seek services
- You will provide accurate and complete information about your pet’s health history
- You are responsible for making medical decisions for your pet based on the information and recommendations provided by our veterinarians
- Veterinary medicine is not an exact science, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from treatments or procedures
- In emergency situations, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you but may proceed with necessary treatment to preserve life or prevent suffering
6. Pet Boarding and Gearing Terms
Health Requirements: Pets must be current on vaccinations as required by our facility. We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet shows signs of illness or aggressive behavior.
Personal Property: We are not liable for loss or damage to personal items left with your pet (leashes, toys, bedding, etc.).
Emergency Care: In the event of illness or injury during boarding, we will attempt to contact you and/or your emergency contact. If unreachable, we reserve the right to provide veterinary care at your expense.
7. Product Sales and Returns
Products: We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your device’s display accuracy.
Prescription Products: Prescription items require a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship and current prescription. By purchasing prescription items, you confirm that your pet has been examined by one of our veterinarians or that you have provided a valid prescription from another licensed veterinarian.
Returns and Refunds: Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt. Opened products, prescription medications, and special orders are generally non-returnable unless defective. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Services rendered are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The entire content of this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Vetsall or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The “Vetsall” name and logo are trademarks of our company. You may not use our trademarks or logos without our prior written consent.
9. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Upload or transmit viruses or any malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers
- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Site
- Harass, abuse, or harm our staff or other users
- Provide false or misleading information
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vetsall, its veterinarians, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
- Any content obtained from the Services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vetsall, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Site and Services
- Your violation of any term of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
- Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which our primary veterinary facility is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
16. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vetsall regarding our Services.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
